📋 Description
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of IT systems, including servers, networks, and software applications. • Implement and monitor security measures to protect data and IT assets. • Recruit, train, and manage IT staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. • Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions. • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of IT services. • Track and analyze IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. • Ensure compliance with local and international IT regulations and standards. • Contribute to the development and implementation of IT strategies aligned with business goals.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively • Proficiency in analyzing data and solving complex IT issues • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Understanding of budgeting and financial management in an IT context • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
