📋 Description

• Own the technical and operational half of enterprise sales cycles in Latin America • Run discovery with customer engineering and operations teams • Define integration approaches • Build demonstrations and pilots to validate proposed solutions • Resolve architecture, data, and scale questions before contract • Own regional implementations from requirements and configuration through integration, operator training, go-live, and stabilization • Coordinate customer stakeholders with Nash’s central engineering and specialist teams • Remain accountable for delivery performance until operations run without intervention • Build relationships from dispatch desk to executive sponsor • Run business reviews, success plans, and escalation paths across regional accounts • Track adoption, delivery performance, and platform health • Identify underused or underperforming areas and recommend next workstreams • Own customer relationships, adoption, and renewals; the role carries no quota • Define the Latin America customer success model, including onboarding sequences, health metrics, review formats, and escalation protocols • Adapt Nash’s global approach to local carrier ecosystems, payment and addressing conventions, and delivery expectations • Document the operating model for future hires • Represent Latin America inside Nash to inform product and engineering priorities • Identify carriers and workflows requiring integration or adaptation • Turn field observations into prioritized product requests • Report into international leadership while working with central product and engineering teams • Travel regularly to customer sites and across the region

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years across customer success, solutions consulting, implementation, or operations roles in SaaS, logistics, or marketplaces • Experience delivering complex enterprise implementations or managing large accounts with commercial outcomes such as renewals, expansions, or major deployments • Ability to lead discovery with an engineering team • Ability to define an integration approach • Basic SQL skills • Ability to troubleshoot a configuration issue in production before escalating it with relevant detail • Understanding of delivery operations, including carrier ecosystems, addressing and payment conventions, and operational conditions specific to last-mile delivery in Latin America • Professional fluency in Spanish and English is required • Portuguese is a plus • Experience building processes in environments without established processes • Ability to communicate quickly, clearly, and concisely • Comfort working with engineering teams and C-suite stakeholders • Regular travel to customer sites and over time across the region • Open to candidates based across Latin America
