📋 Description

• Analyze and optimize processes related to smart metering, intelligent metering operations, and low-voltage grid control • Support clients in planning and implementing smart meter rollout strategies • Consider regulatory requirements, resources, risks, and collaboration between grid operators, metering point operators, and service providers • Support implementation and transformation projects, such as the control of renewable energy facilities and controllable consumption devices in accordance with Section 14a of the German Energy Industry Act (EnWG) • Independently manage specialist work packages and projects • Coordinate stakeholders and turn concepts into implementable solutions • Bring practical experience from the energy industry into consulting engagements • Support clients with technical and organizational matters • Promote professional exchange within the team and further develop internal smart metering expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience at a municipal utility, energy supplier, grid operator, metering point operator, or energy services provider • In-depth knowledge of intelligent metering operations • Knowledge of the German Metering Point Operation Act (MsbG), CLS management, control pursuant to Section 14a EnWG, or smart meter rollouts • Consulting experience is welcome but not required • Structured and solution-oriented approach to work • Ability to understand complex matters and communicate them clearly • Interest in regulatory developments in the energy industry • Ideally, knowledge of SAP IS-U, MDM S, or EDM • Completed university degree, for example in business administration, economics, engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field • Very good German language skills at minimum C1 level
