📋 Description

• Design, deploy, and manage modern workplace solutions • Manage end-to-end device lifecycle for various devices using Microsoft Intune • Implement and manage Windows Autopilot for zero-touch device provisioning • Handle mobile device management and application management policies • Design, deploy, and manage AVD host pools and workspaces • Monitor AVD environment health and troubleshoot session connectivity issues • Collaborate with security, network, and infrastructure teams on compliance audits

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure/endpoint management • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) • Proven experience with Windows Autopilot • Hands-on experience with FSLogix • Solid PowerShell scripting skills • Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, proxy) • Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
