📋 Description
• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple entities. • Manage and reconcile accounts payable, receivable, bank accounts, and credit card transactions. • Post and review general ledger entries; ensure accuracy of financial data. • Maintain accounting records in line with U.S. GAAP and company policies. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Support tax filings and liaise with CPAs, auditors, and consultants. • Track cash flow, burn rate, and report KPIs to management.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred) • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred • Proven experience as an Accountant, Bookkeeper, or in a similar role • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite and/or QuickBooks • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
