📋 Description

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define test objectives • Develop and document test plans, strategies, and exit criteria aligned with Agile and CI/CD processes • Perform manual testing of new features, functional flows, regression cases, exploratory scenarios, workflows, integrations, and edge cases • Design, build, and maintain web and mobile automation frameworks • Write reusable automated functional and end-to-end test scripts • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines • Perform cross-browser, operating system, desktop, and mobile device compatibility testing • Design and execute performance, scalability, and stress tests • Monitor response time, throughput, and behavior under heavy load • Analyze performance bottlenecks and recommend optimizations • Use AI-powered tools for test case generation, visual regression testing, and intelligent defect identification • Identify, document, track, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and defects with development teams • Maintain test plans, test cases, and test execution reports • Generate test metrics and quality reports for stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 4–6 years of experience in a Software QA role • Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, manual testing, automation testing standards, and testing tools • Hands-on experience with manual and automation testing of workflows and UI components • Proficiency with Selenium, TestNG, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks • Expertise with cross-browser testing tools such as BrowserStack, LambdaTest, or Sauce Labs • Advanced knowledge of JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or k6 • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or Karate • Proficiency with Jira, TestRail, and Git • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure Pipelines • Hands-on experience with AI-enhanced testing tools including Testim, Tricentis Tosca, Katalon AI, Applitools, and Mabl • Understanding of AI-driven predictive testing, defect prioritization, and anomaly detection • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills • Ability to articulate complex issues clearly to technical and business stakeholders • Ability to work in Agile environments and use regression, exploratory, and smoke/sanity testing techniques • ISTQB Foundation Level or Advanced Level certification, Certified Selenium Professional, Appium Certification, or equivalent listed as preferred qualifications • Familiarity with testing machine-learning models or data-driven AI applications listed as preferred • Familiarity with testing APIs and services hosted on AWS, Azure, or GCP listed as preferred
