📋 Description

• Create clear, accurate, detailed technical short-form content for landing pages and product pages • Create clear, accurate, well-structured technical documentation • Develop implementation guides for technical teams deploying infrastructure and solutions • Research and write whitepapers on AI infrastructure, GPU compute, cloud infrastructure, security, and emerging enterprise technologies • Create product and specification content for enterprise hardware, infrastructure solutions, and technology services • Write technical blog posts for IT decision-makers, architects, engineers, and infrastructure practitioners • Translate complex technical specifications and concepts into accessible, technically accurate content • Collaborate with technical, product, engineering, and subject-matter experts to gather and validate information • Research emerging technologies and industry developments relevant to AI infrastructure and enterprise IT • Review technical content for accuracy, consistency, clarity, and completeness • Use diagrams, tables, specifications, and structured information to improve technical communication • Maintain consistency in terminology, technical language, and documentation standards

🎯 Requirements

• Native English-speaking candidates only • Strong technical writing and communication skills • Ability to understand and explain complex technical subjects • Experience writing for IT, infrastructure, enterprise technology, or related technical audiences • Strong research skills and ability to learn unfamiliar technical subjects quickly • Ability to work with technical specifications, product information, documentation, and subject-matter experts • Excellent attention to technical accuracy and detail • Ability to adapt writing style for engineers, IT practitioners, architects, and senior technology decision-makers • Ability to organize complex information into clear and logical documentation • Comfortable researching technologies independently and asking the right technical questions • Experience in one or more relevant technical areas, including AI infrastructure, AI data centers, AI factories, GPU computing, high-performance computing, cloud infrastructure, servers and enterprise hardware, data center infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise IT, virtualization, or infrastructure architecture • Experience creating technical documentation or implementation guides preferred • Experience writing technical whitepapers or research-driven content preferred • Experience working with enterprise hardware or infrastructure products preferred • Experience writing for IT architects, engineers, infrastructure teams, or technology decision-makers preferred • Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, GPU infrastructure, AI/ML infrastructure, or enterprise systems preferred • Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization preferred • Experience using AI-assisted research and writing tools preferred
