📋 Description
• Assist in Leading comprehensive user research • Assist in Leading UX Audit process • Plan, execute, and manage complex research studies • Synthesize research findings into compelling, data-driven narratives • Develop and maintain user personas and customer journey maps • Articulate UX design insights and make cohesive design decisions • Design and Present findings and insights to internal stakeholders • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers • Guide junior members of the UX research team • Stay at the forefront of UX research trends
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a UX Researcher • Extended experience of: Usability Testing, User Interview, Expert Review, Personas, User Journey, Stakeholders/ Discovery Interviews • Extended experience with various UX research tools and software • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong project management skills • Leadership potential and ability to mentor junior team members • Acquired or successfully passed Related UX Courses, Certificates (Nice to have) • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent expertise (Nice to have)
