• Coordinate client communications and respond to enquiries • Support a positive and consistent client experience across email, messaging platforms, and online sessions • Maintain client records and schedule calls and follow-ups • Provide basic technical guidance to help clients access online tools and educational resources • Organise digital materials and prepare session summaries and updates • Help identify ways to improve client engagement and support processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and communicate clearly • Previous customer service, client coordination, administration, education, or other client-facing experience • Good organisational and time-management skills • Confidence using online platforms, email, video conferencing, and shared documents • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and willingness to learn new systems • A genuine interest in personal development, leadership, and lifelong learning • Applicants must be legally authorised to work in New Zealand or Australia • This role is not suitable for students • Reliable internet access • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
