📋 Description

• Create project sprints together with the responsible team • Structure each project’s backlog, delivering it to and reviewing it with the responsible team • Manage the progress of each team deliverable and the delivery of products to clients • Define metrics for monitoring projects and programs • Create and manage sprint measurement indicators to share with department heads and clients • Manage the communication process, facilitating the accurate delivery of messages to clients • Maintain direct communication with clients, providing project updates and gathering useful information for upcoming sprints
