📋 Description

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through discovery and closing with U.S. clients • Execute daily outbound sales through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn • Make 60+ calls per day or conduct 2+ discovery calls per day • Run consultative sales calls and present tailored solutions • Manage the sales pipeline, CRM, and forecasts with discipline • Collaborate with Recruitment and HR to drive successful placements

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English & Spanish (English C1-C2) • 2–5 years B2B sales experience; remote/outbound preferred • Hunter mentality, including cold outreach and pipeline building • Strong consultative selling skills • Proven execution and quota attainment • Highly coachable, accountable, and results-driven • Experience in BPO, staffing, or virtual assistant industry preferred • Quiet home office • Stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps download / 2 Mbps upload) • Backup internet connection • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred • Available to work from one of the listed countries during the first four months of employment • No travel commitments during the first four months of employment
