🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of overall experience • Strong problem-solving capabilities • Ability to conduct data-driven analysis • Ability to extract relevant insights and communicate them clearly • Experience developing high-impact presentations • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a consulting environment • Advanced english • Experience structuring and analyzing business problems, generating insights and recommendations, preparing high-quality deliverables/presentations, and managing stakeholders • Candidates may come from consulting, strategy, business transformation, or project-based roles • Financial Services or Payments experience is a plus, but not mandatory • Purely administrative profiles would not be a fit • Experience mainly administrative, operational, process-oriented, or purely technical is not sought
