📋 Description

• Analizar, optimizar y solucionar problemas de los procesos de conectividad de datos móviles (ajustes de APN, asignación de IP, interacciones GGSN/PGW) para garantizar una experiencia de usuario fluida y operaciones de red eficientes. • Diagnosticar problemas complejos de conectividad, como sesiones de datos fallidas, asignaciones de IP incorrectas, o problemas de roaming.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ años en operaciones de red móvil, RAN, soporte de red central, o como analista técnico. • Licenciatura en informática, telecomunicaciones, ingeniería eléctrica, o un campo relacionado. • Conocimiento en mejoras de procesos y APN. • Conocimiento en IMS y VoLTE/VoNR. • Certificaciones en redes móviles o mejora de procesos (por ejemplo, Lean/Six Sigma). • Experiencia con lenguajes de scripting (Python) para automatización de análisis de datos.
