• Analyze business requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria • Work with CRM business processes and integration concepts • Support API and system integration activities • Perform data mapping and process modeling • Use Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps • Take ownership and proactively deliver solutions • Collaborate with the Client Engineering team
