📋 Description

• Lead the technical investigation and implement end-to-end application traceability • Analyze Java application performance • Diagnose WebSphere and WebLogic environments • Perform JVM profiling, garbage collection analysis, heap dump and thread dump analysis • Implement structured application logging and correlation IDs • Trace distributed transactions across applications, APIs, and downstream dependencies • Use APM tools such as Datadog or New Relic • Diagnose Oracle performance using SQL execution plans, AWR, and ASH • Analyze JDBC connection pools, application thread pools, and session management • Investigate API latency, timeouts, retries, and dependency failures • Trace browser-to-backend transactions and analyze frontend errors • Troubleshoot network, proxy, load balancer, and TLS issues • Trace transactions across legacy or partially instrumented platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Deep Java application performance engineering experience • Strong WebSphere and WebLogic diagnostic skills • Experience with JVM profiling, garbage collection analysis, heap dumps, and thread dumps • Experience implementing application-level structured logging and correlation IDs • Experience with distributed tracing across applications, APIs, and downstream dependencies • Hands-on experience with Datadog, New Relic, or similar APM tools • Oracle performance diagnostics experience, including SQL execution plans, AWR, and ASH • Knowledge of JDBC connection pools, application thread pools, and session management • Experience analyzing API latency, timeouts, retries, and dependency failures • Experience with browser-to-backend transaction tracing • Experience with Real User Monitoring and frontend error analysis • Experience troubleshooting networks, proxies, load balancers, and TLS • Experience tracing transactions across legacy or partially instrumented platforms • Advanced English • Java Fullstack development knowledge
