📋 Description

• Lead one or more projects/workstreams • Structure and manage the team's work end-to-end • Provide guidance and direction to consulting teams • Balance execution, coordination, and stakeholder management • Structure and analyze business problems • Generate insights and recommendations • Prepare high-quality deliverables and presentations • Manage internal and external stakeholders • Own and ensure the quality of deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of leadership experience • Experience leading one or more projects/workstreams • Strong ability to manage internal and external stakeholders • Experience structuring and managing a team's work end-to-end • Ability to provide guidance and direction to consulting teams • Ownership and accountability for deliverable quality • Hands-on profile balancing execution, coordination, and stakeholder management • Experience from consulting, strategy, business transformation, or project-based roles • Experience structuring and analyzing business problems, generating insights and recommendations, preparing high-quality deliverables/presentations, and managing stakeholders • Financial Services or Payments experience is a plus, but not mandatory • Purely administrative profiles are not a fit • Experience must not be mainly administrative, operational, process-oriented, or purely technical
