📋 Description

• Serve as a Salesforce Administrator • Design and deliver solutions using Salesforce platform capabilities • Implement and support CPQ and RCA solutions • Build or support AI-driven or agentic solutions • Manage system integrations, ETL processes, BI tools, and Salesforce data • Use data loads, mapping templates, and Excel models • Support Salesforce Mobile capabilities • Lead complex, multi-stream projects across global teams • Lead cross-functional teams through matrix leadership and influence • Present technical solutions to stakeholders and translate them into business value • Work with PSA tools, Order Management systems, content management platforms, AppExchange solutions, and M&A integrations

🎯 Requirements

• Salesforce Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant certifications (required) • Strong experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and RCA implementations • Proven ability to design and deliver solutions leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities • Experience building or supporting AI-driven or agentic solutions • Strong understanding of system integrations, ETL processes, and BI tools • Hands-on experience with data management, including data loads, mapping templates, and Excel models • Exposure to Salesforce Mobile capabilities • Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stream projects across global teams • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence (matrix leadership) • Experience presenting to stakeholders and translating technical solutions into business value • Experience with PSA tools such as FinancialForce and Order Management systems • Familiarity with content management platforms such as Seismic • Experience managing third-party AppExchange solutions • Prior experience supporting M&A integrations within Salesforce ecosystems • Advanced English • Remote work arrangement
