📋 Description
• Provide strong support using different ticketing tools, IRT, and SLA • Identify and resolve issues proactively • Explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Demonstrate leadership and training abilities • Foster growth and knowledge-sharing within teams
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in SAP S4/Hana Private Editions and 2+ years of experience in S/4 Hana Public Editions in Extended Warehouse Management and Supply Chain Management • Certification on S/4 Hana Public or Private Edition EWM • Fluent in English (spoken and written) • Strong support experience using different ticketing tools and IRT and SLA • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Demonstrated leadership and training abilities, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing within teams • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, with excellent problem-solving skills • Advanced English
