📋 Description

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives • Coach the team on Agile best practices and Scrum framework • Remove obstacles that hinder the team’s progress • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment • Work closely with Product Owners to ensure clear backlog prioritization • Track and report on team performance and progress

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate team collaboration • Advanced English • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred
