📋 Description

• Direct 3–5 small- to medium-scale projects from planning to completion • Facilitate meetings with project stakeholders • Develop, analyze, and manage project plans, schedules, and resource forecasts • Manage project financials and provide input and justification for costs and budget impact • Monitor project performance against plan and adjust as needed • Identify and resolve issues • Assist with requests for information and vendor request-for-proposal processes • Request resources and manage assigned project team work • Communicate project goals and objectives and coordinate team activities • Manage, control, and mitigate project risks, including contingency plans and dependencies • Build and maintain relationships with internal customers, third-party vendors, and senior management • Provide insight and recommendations to Portfolio/Program Managers • Follow enterprise project management practices and participate in training • Track and report key metrics • Gather, maintain, and communicate lessons learned and feedback • Provide additional support such as managing vendor requests, delivering training materials, performing operational/business tasks, and managing reports or databases

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field • PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification preferred • 5+ years of project management experience, including 8+ years of related IT or business experience • 5+ years of experience working on projects involving the implementation of project life cycle methodologies • Strong analytical skills for budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis of finance technology investments • Experience influencing and managing project teams without formal direct reporting relationships • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with complex interdependencies • Deep understanding of finance processes, systems, and regulatory requirements • Knowledge of integration between finance systems and enterprise platforms • Ability to build consensus and drive alignment among finance, IT, and business stakeholders • Expert in vendor management • Exceptional communication skills for reporting project status, risks, and financial impacts to executive leadership • Demonstrated ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and escalate issues appropriately • Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional finance technology projects from inception to completion • Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS (Financials, Procurement, etc.) and other finance technologies (e.g., SAP, Workday) • Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks specific to finance technology implementations • Experience managing change in regulated environments (SOX, GDPR, etc.) • Ability to develop and execute contingency plans for critical finance systems • Experience gathering lessons learned and driving process improvement • Advanced English • Must work Eastern Standard Time work hours regardless of location • Must have a stationary home office setup allowing camera work 90% of the workday
