📋 Description

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and configurations • Initialize local applications, transform metadata, and deploy scoped applications from a local IDE • Define application metadata using ServiceNow Fluent, server-side JavaScript modules, and third-party libraries • Use generative AI developer tools to improve development efficiency, code generation, and workflow automation • Coordinate and resolve complex technical data and transformation issues • Analyze and interpret business requirements to propose sustainable ServiceNow solutions • Answer technical and application configuration questions • Develop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets • Create and maintain system design and operations documentation • Debug and troubleshoot ServiceNow issues • Work independently while collaborating with a global team

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow SDK (NOW SDK), including local application initialization, metadata transformation, and deploying scoped applications from a local IDE such as VS Code • Proficiency in ServiceNow Fluent for defining application metadata in code, alongside server-side JavaScript modules and third-party libraries • Experience leveraging Now Assist for Creator or similar generative AI developer tools • Hands-on experience with incident, problem, change, knowledge, service catalog, service level management, workflows, and email notifications • Good understanding of ServiceNow core platform features, Flow Designer, ACLs, server-side APIs, and client-side APIs • Good knowledge of ATF, reports, dashboards, import sets, transformations, update sets, system clone, and upgrades in ServiceNow • Hands-on experience developing custom scoped applications • Experience with Java, J2EE, Servlet, JSP, XML, AJAX, SQL, jQuery, JavaScript, and web-based development tools • Good understanding of ITSM, CSM modules, Event Management, integrations, and orchestration • Hands-on experience working with REST APIs • Understanding of MID Server configuration, CMDB, discovery, and asset management • Good knowledge and experience with debugging and troubleshooting mechanisms in ServiceNow • Demonstrated success delivering assignments under tight deadlines • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team • Self-starter mindset with the ability to share ideas and drive opportunities • Strong problem analysis and analytical skills • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage and prioritize work with minimal supervision • Ability to articulate technical and functional aspects of problems to senior stakeholders • Advanced English
