📋 Description
• Execute user migrations following the factory playbook • Validate end-user functionality on NDS.Next desktops • Perform application testing, defect reproduction, and regression checks • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, applications, and configuration • Write clear user updates and technical notes • Provide structured reporting on workload
🎯 Requirements
• 5 to 8 years of overall experience • 3 years of Windows desktop migration experience • Strong familiarity with Windows desktop environments • Proficiency in cloud application connectivity (Azure preferred) • Python or Java coding proficiency • Strong debugging and problem isolation skills • Strong application testing knowledge • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong personal project management skills
