📋 Description

• Own product projects from start to finish • Write requirements and establish the delivery rhythm with engineering • Manage scope during project execution and keep projects moving through release • Turn product problems into solutions, considering edge cases and trade-offs • Own launches and ensure releases, documentation, and internal team preparation are ready • Measure product usage and outcomes after launch • Analyze user feedback and usage data to recommend roadmap priorities • Build understanding of strength & conditioning and coaches’ day-to-day workflows • Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to take ideas from problem to shipped product

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in product management • Ideally experience building B2B SaaS products • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate requirements, decisions and ideas clearly • Strong execution skills and track record of keeping projects moving • Ability to spot risks early and raise issues before they become problems • Attention to detail and ability to think through edge cases • Data-driven approach to product decisions • Strong prioritisation and collaboration skills • Ability to manage competing priorities and keep teams aligned • Genuine curiosity about the strength & conditioning domain • Growth mindset aligned with VALD’s culture of continuous learning and development • Nice to have: background in coaching, sport science, or competitive athletics
