📋 Description

• Own the Product Backlog, including maintenance, prioritization, and refinement • Translate requirements from business units and stakeholders into clear user stories and acceptance criteria • Ensure a continuous flow of value in a Kanban or agile working environment • Work closely with development teams, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem, such as M365 and Azure • Actively manage and facilitate stakeholders at various levels of the organization • Support the definition and ongoing development of the product vision and roadmap • Integrate and further develop AI-powered product features, such as Copilot and LLM-based capabilities • Collaborate with UX, Data, and Engineering to continuously improve the user experience • Ensure the quality, usability, and business impact of delivered features

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Germany • Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a comparable software role • Experience working in an agile environment, such as Scrum, Kanban, or a comparable methodology • Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs • Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including M365, Azure, and Microsoft-based application development • Ability to translate business requirements into clear, technically feasible work packages • Experience in stakeholder management, including confident communication at management and executive-board level • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills in German (C2) and English
