📋 Description

• Responsible for operational controlling within the healthcare sector for the VALEARA Group. • Close collaboration with colleagues, specialist departments, and site managers. • Work with a variety of data sources as well as hospital and practice information systems. • Support for care structures across inpatient, day-patient, and outpatient settings.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration, health economics, business informatics, or a comparable qualification. • Ideally, at least three years of experience in operational controlling, preferably in the healthcare sector. • Understanding of inpatient, day-patient, and outpatient care structures. • Knowledge of relevant reimbursement systems (e.g., PEPP, PIA and KV billing) and regulatory requirements is an advantage. • Experience working with a variety of data sources and hospital or practice information systems. • Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and an independent, self-motivated approach to work.
