• Position and sell high-value consulting and professional services engagements • Identify strategic opportunities and shape tailored service solutions • Build and manage senior-level relationships with C-level clients • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize value and drive sustainable revenue growth • Submit accurate sales forecasts and reports • Stay informed on product knowledge and obtain certifications
• 5–10 years of experience in IT or professional services sales • Proven record of selling high-value, multi-year consulting engagements • Experience with Atlassian tools (desirable, but expertise in transformation and organizational change is more important) • Strong strategic thinking • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close high-value deals • Entrepreneurial mindset • Comfortable dealing with clients in English & German
