📋 Description

• Lead requirements analysis and translate business requirements into technical solutions • Plan and design intelligent, scalable Atlassian implementations • Configure, integrate, and implement solutions in line with best practices • Conduct system audits and develop optimization recommendations • Deliver customer training and ensure effective knowledge transfer • Serve as the primary technical contact and escalation point for customer projects • Guide and mentor fellow consultants and junior team members • Collaborate with Atlassian and Marketplace partners to resolve complex challenges • Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders • Advise customers on the optimal use of Atlassian tools and Valiantys services • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the Sales team • Participate in discovery and scoping sessions • Design and present demos, proofs of concept, and workshops • Contribute to statements of work (SoWs), RFPs, and technical proposals • Share knowledge through documentation, blog posts, and community events • Monitor developments in the Atlassian ecosystem and emerging technologies • Contribute to internal enablement, innovation, and R&D initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience implementing Atlassian solutions, such as Jira and Confluence, or comparable enterprise tools • Extensive experience in technical consulting, presales, or project delivery • Experience in the automotive industry (preferred) • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to persuade technical teams and executives • Experience supporting and developing colleagues and promoting technical excellence within the team • Atlassian certifications or willingness to obtain them • Fluent written and spoken German and English • Willingness to travel according to customer needs
