📋 Description

• Take end-to-end responsibility for the definition, approach, planning, facilitation, and successful delivery of medium-scale projects • Lead multidisciplinary project teams and clarify priorities, responsibilities, dependencies, and expected outcomes • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource requirements, and budgets • Manage project financial performance, including budget planning, cost tracking, forecasting, and monitoring against financial targets • Monitor project scope, timelines, costs, quality, and resource utilization, taking corrective action when needed • Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes • Facilitate change control and evaluate impacts on scope, budget, resources, and timelines • Ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and stakeholder acceptance • Communicate project status, risks, financial performance, dependencies, and key decisions to internal and external stakeholders • Ensure project and product quality reviews occur according to established processes and timelines • Support project governance, control boards, assurance activities, and quality review meetings • Establish and maintain project management processes, controls, tools, and documentation • Advise on project proposals, planning, scheduling, tracking, risk management, change management, quality, finance, and resource management • Partner with creative, strategy, delivery, and cross-functional teams on client engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing medium to complex projects or programs from planning through successful delivery • Demonstrated experience leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams • Professional experience delivering projects within an agency, creative, digital, marketing, or similar client-service environment • Strong experience with project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial performance monitoring • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, processes, and governance practices • Experience managing project scope, schedules, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and change • Ability to identify deviations from project plans and take effective corrective action • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities • Experience working directly with clients and senior stakeholders in an agency or consulting environment • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams across creative, design, strategy, technology, and delivery functions • Familiarity with both Agile and traditional project management approaches is nice to have
