📋 Description

• Run complex software delivery end to end for a long-term client engagement • Plan, manage and control scope, budget and timeline of software delivery projects • Act as the main point of contact for the client on day-to-day delivery and own the client relationship at project level • Negotiate scope, priorities and change requests with client stakeholders • Identify and manage risks, dependencies and technical issues early, working closely with tech leads • Allocate work and manage workload across the team • Keep a distributed team aligned, motivated and productive • Run Agile ceremonies and continuously improve delivery processes • Provide clear, regular reporting on status, risks and budget to the client and internal management • Give performance feedback to team members and input into their development • At Lead level, mentor other PMs and contribute to delivery standards across the account • Work with distributed, cross-functional teams across several countries

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of project management experience in a software development environment, including at least 3 years in client-facing roles at a service company or agency • Comfortable discussing architecture, integrations, APIs, environments and release processes with engineers • Able to challenge estimates and spot technical risk early • Strong command of Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery setups • Proven ownership of scope, timeline and budget on medium to large projects • Experience managing several projects or workstreams at the same time • Experience leading distributed teams across countries and time zones • Excellent stakeholder management, including with senior client contacts • Strong negotiation skills on scope, timelines and change requests • Calm and constructive in escalations and difficult conversations • Clear, structured verbal and written communication • Hands-on with Jira and Confluence, and with MS Office • English at B2+, with confident spoken English for client calls • Candidates with prior Delivery Manager experience may also be considered if ready to work hands-on at project level • Nice-to-have: technical background (ex-engineer, BA or QA) • Nice-to-have: relevant domain experience • Previous experience in management Data Engineering/Science projects is a plus • Nice-to-have: hands-on use of AI tooling in delivery • Nice-to-have: professional PM certifications (PMP, PSM, PRINCE2)
