📋 Description

• Act as the central point of contact between internal departments and clients • Build trusting client relationships and maintain them through proactive relationship management • Identify the individual needs of clients and their employees and develop tailored solutions • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction • Guide new and existing clients through all stages of the engagement process • Ensure high quality and service standards throughout order and project delivery • Proactively inform clients about new benefits and further developments • Actively contribute to shaping the benefits portfolio, including innovative bonus models • Provide strategic advice to clients and develop customized benefits programs • Identify opportunities to improve existing systems to support sustainable employee retention

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial or business-related vocational training, or an equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience, ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management • In-depth knowledge of HR and tax-related matters • Experience in compensation and benefits is an advantage • Strong service orientation, empathy, communication skills, and assertiveness • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work • Strong planning and organizational skills • Confident handling of commercial and business-related topics • Fluent German and English skills, including strong negotiation abilities • Solid project management skills • Affinity for technology and technical topics
