📋 Description

• Advise employees on financial wellbeing, insurance, retirement planning and financial matters • Serve as a point of contact by phone, email and digital channels • Ensure an excellent customer experience • Independently manage customer inquiries from consultation through implementation • Explain complex topics clearly and in a way that is appropriate for the target audience • Contribute to the ongoing development of services and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training, university degree or relevant experience in customer consulting, insurance, banking, financial services or customer service • Career changers with a strong service orientation and an interest in financial topics are welcome • Enjoy working with people and providing advisory services • Structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work • Excellent German language skills • Confident use of digital tools, CRM systems and modern communication channels
