📋 Description

• Lead architectural design of large-scale, complex systems and make high-level technical decisions • Define and enforce architectural guidelines, coding standards, and development best practices • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system architecture with business goals • Design, develop, and optimize high-performance, enterprise-grade Java applications • Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot complex technical issues • Drive adoption of modern development frameworks, tools, and methodologies • Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to strategic technology roadmaps • Define automated testing, CI/CD, and deployment best practices • Lead unit, integration, and performance testing framework development • Oversee and optimize development, testing, and production environments • Implement security best practices and ensure industry-standard compliance • Maintain technical documentation and report project status, risks, and recommendations • Mentor junior and intermediate developers and lead technical and architecture reviews • Act as technical liaison among clients, business analysts, and development teams • Gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and manage expectations • Drive process improvements, automation, and software development best practices • Identify bottlenecks to improve system performance and reliability • Refine agile development methodologies and enforce VAS-X standards and quality assurance processes
