📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance scalable front-end and back-end features using modern JavaScript frameworks and best practices • Build, maintain, and evolve RESTful APIs and supporting application services • Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and testable code • Develop and maintain automated unit and integration tests • Participate in peer code reviews and technical design discussions • Create and maintain technical documentation for systems, services, and APIs • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver business-aligned solutions • Provide informal mentorship and knowledge sharing to junior developers • Monitor application health through log analysis and observability tools • Diagnose incidents, resolve service disruptions, and implement preventative improvements • Optimize PostgreSQL queries and contribute to performance tuning • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes • Leverage AI-assisted development tools for implementation, refactoring, test generation, debugging, and documentation • Evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, security, maintainability, and engineering alignment • Integrate responsible AI-assisted workflows into development practices • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices • Build, refine, and document standard operating procedures for development workflows • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant development experience required • Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Strong proficiency in Node.js • Strong proficiency in React.js • Deep understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, schema design, and optimized queries • Practical experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha • Understanding of RESTful API design and integration best practices • Proficiency in Git-based version control, including branching and merging • Working knowledge of containerization technologies, preferably Docker • Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and foundational cloud infrastructure • Ability to analyze application logs, trace system-level issues, and support production troubleshooting • Foundational understanding of performance monitoring and optimization • Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools for software development • Ability to evaluate, validate, and refine AI-generated code and documentation • Understanding of responsible AI usage in production, including security, quality, and governance • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and deadline management • Independent and self-motivated • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment • Proficiency in Google Workspace or similar business tools • Ability to learn new or updated software
