📋 Description

• Serve as the technical anchor for the Platform Engineering team • Lead critical production implementations and own the technical roadmap • Act as the final technical reviewer for complex setups and implementations, including global traffic routing, EKS scaling, networking setups, VPNs, and mTLS certificate rotation • Architect robust solutions to ensure adherence to the 99.99% system uptime objective • Identify root causes for critical production incidents and provide permanent fixes • Lead service capacity planning, demand forecasting, and system tuning • Establish end-to-end monitoring and alerting on critical systems • Align technical priorities with business goals and provide accurate status updates to senior leaders • Partner with SecOps to ensure global infrastructure meets security standards and maintains a minimal vulnerability window

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on technical experience with large-scale production environments and infrastructure • 2+ years of experience leading site reliability engineers or software developers building customer-facing applications • In-depth knowledge of AWS architecture, including Serverless, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, EKS, and S3 • Strong grasp of Kubernetes, microservices, and CI/CD principles, including GitHub Actions • Proven ability to learn and master new technologies on the fly • Proactive ability to identify opportunities to upskill the team and integrate cutting-edge solutions • Ability to adapt technical strategy as the company scales institutional partnerships and global network footprint • Solid understanding of performance monitoring tools and Linux operating systems • Proven, deep experience managing and securing Kubernetes (EKS) at scale is a significant advantage • Strong grasp of complex networking concepts required for global multi-region deployments and secure B2B integrations
