📋 Description

• Create a range of creative work, from smaller content pieces to larger builds, for various clients and VaynerMedia-wide projects • Work within a dynamic team structure with several creative leads • Support and deliver core community and brand-specific campaigns • Apply industry best practices and platform knowledge while articulating VaynerMedia’s unique point of view • Concept, write, develop, and help position the team to present ideas • Teach and support colleagues within the Creative team structure

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in the creative media or advertising field • Copywriting, developing, and creating for digital/social strategies and campaigns • Conceptual and brainstorming skills • Time management and organization • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to provide useful guidance in an enthusiastic and inspiring manner • Huge interest in major social media platforms and their abilities/limitations • Experience working with designers, developers, and team-focused creative processes • Strong storytelling skills and mastery of grammar and the English language • Digital-focused portfolio reflecting social/digital work • Interest or experience in sports, music, or food
