• Develop comprehensive SEO & AI search strategies for ambitious clients • Optimize for traditional Google search and AI-driven search systems • Build scalable content and topic structures that deliver real business impact • Independently manage your projects – from strategy to results • Provide peer-level sparring with decision-makers • Focus on real impact and client outcomes, not on to-do lists • Actively test new AI-search approaches and trends • Improve internal processes, playbooks & standards • Actively contribute to the growth of VDB Digital

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in SEO (agency or in-house) • Strong strategic understanding plus solid execution • Experience with complex SEO projects • Proven track record of successful SEO projects • Excellent sense for high-quality content, tech & performance • High personal standards and ownership mentality • Drive and hunger to make client projects truly successful • Experience with AI Search, LLMs or AI Overviews • Consulting mindset and entrepreneurial thinking
