• Protect and expand Veeva's footprint through robust daily account management, a strong focus on operational excellence, and a passion for understanding and supporting your customer's business and IT goals • Manage the Client Partnerships and the account for Commercials with the goal of being a trusted long-term partner • Hold accountability for developing and implementing account vision, strategy, and ways of working • Serve as the ambassador for your customers within Veeva by focusing on their needs and doing the right thing for them • Actively nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, IT, and procurement, and develop new ones as needed • Navigate complex sales cycles, articulate contextual value propositions, and negotiate key contracts and annual renewals of licenses • Manage account administration and actively provide input for accurate forecasting • Keep current with industry trends and expand knowledge of legacy and novel Veeva offerings
• 8+ years combined experience across software sales/consulting • Deep understanding of the Life Sciences industry and familiarity with digital transformation for Commercial within the sector • Proven track record of cultivating multi-layered relationships across multiple functions, including business, IT, and procurement • Organizational skills with the right amount of attention to detail • Strong work ethic with the required sense of urgency towards customers’ needs • Self-starter/Self-motivator with little need for direct supervision • Based in Germany or Switzerland
