• - Shadow the curation processes • - Simplify processes and process documentation • - Increase automation in our tools, incl. sheets, reports, dashboards • - Manage change projects with 10+ teams • - Upskill the team on process excellence

🎯 Requirements

• - 3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment, e.g., consulting, start-up, a tech company • - Experience in improving processes • - Experience in leading cross-functional teams • - Worked or studied in international environments • - Excellent written and verbal English skills
