📋 Description
• Proactively drive customers towards Veeva and industry best practices • Understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements • Perform system configuration changes and data migrations • Activate new product features and ensure seamless integration • Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions • Develop and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions • Create analytical reports to support business decision-making • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience with configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions • Experience working in a customer-facing and/or consulting role and managing customer expectations • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills • Strong desire to continuously learn and develop • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Ability to work independently • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant subject
