• Lead a team with a headcount of 50+ • Implement impactful quality and efficiency projects • Build a dynamic, proactive, and high-performing team • Own your team’s KPIs and its performance • Collaborate with the engineering teams on process automation • Escalate all risks and incidents early and unambiguously

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive people leadership experience (3+ years) • Proven knowledge of business process design, management, and optimization • 3+ year working experience • Comfortable working remotely in an international environment
