📋 Description
• Develop and refine prompt templates for large language models generating clinical documentation • Run experiments and evaluations to improve prompt quality and output accuracy • Analyze failure cases and implement prompt improvements • Maintain prompt artifacts and configurations using Git and Azure DevOps • Build Python scripts in Linux environments for evaluation pipelines and batch testing • Support the rollout of improved prompts across different medical specialties
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with prompt engineering or LLM-based text generation • Strong Python programming skills and experience working in Linux environments • Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows • Analytical mindset with experience evaluating AI outputs • Knowledge of clinical documentation workflows is a plus • Fluent Dutch and English
