📋 Description

• Provide support to German-speaking customers regarding technical issues and account inquiries • Handle billing questions • Process transactions • Resolve account discrepancies • Recognize customer needs and introduce relevant product upgrades or sales opportunities • Analyze complex issues and route them to appropriate internal departments

🎯 Requirements

• Professional fluency in German (C1 or C2 level) • No previous experience required; suitable for entry-level candidates and students • Strong communication skills • Proactive problem-solving • Customer-oriented mindset • Ability to work shifts scheduled Monday through Saturday, from 09:00 to 21:00 • EU citizenship or valid Spain residency and work authorization • No visa sponsorship available
