📋 Description

• Lead development of financial services products including transfers, cards, and lending from the ground up • Ensure systems are production-ready • Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to solve customer pain points • Integrate with banking partners and third-party APIs • Enable virtual cards and international money transfers • Accurately track financial data and make payments • Operate independently and work directly with product owners • Ship products in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building, scaling, and supporting production-ready products from scratch • 5+ years of professional experience with Java • 6+ years of experience in backend development • Quick learner with an ambitious and results-driven personality • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Entrepreneurial spirit • Experience at an early-stage or fast-growing startup (bonus) • Experience at a fintech (bonus) • Familiarity with payment products such as card issuing, money transfers, and credit (bonus) • Side projects to showcase (bonus) • Must currently live in Poland • Must be legally authorized to work in Poland • No relocation assistance or immigration sponsorship provided
