📋 Description

• You are responsible for the sales of our decentralized ventilation systems with a clear focus on Berlin. • You also manage customers in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. • You further develop existing partnerships with architectural firms and planners. • You conduct regular site inspections and on-site meetings to provide technical support for projects and offer tailored customer advice. • You take full ownership of projects from planning and proposal preparation through to successful project completion.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in field sales or as a Sales Manager — ideally in a technical environment. • A results-driven, solution-oriented personality with a confident understanding of different stakeholders — whether architects, planners or clients. • Structured and independent working style. • Strong verbal and written communication skills (German at least C1 level).
