📋 Description

• Perform operation and maintenance activities on industrial water treatment plants under service or operation and maintenance contracts • Commission, de-commission, operate and maintain Veolia mobile water treatment units at customer sites • Provide technical advice on operation and maintenance of customer water treatment plants • Identify, analyze and implement process or service improvements • Ensure EHS compliance and safe operations aligned with company, customer and local policies • Perform equipment start-up and commissioning • Conduct site surveys and audits • Manage repairs, maintenance and warranty cases • Communicate with customers in writing and verbally • Complete customer service reporting and data processing • Perform minor piping and electrical assembly work • Operate at BOO or mobile sites when required • Participate in construction projects, design reviews and site reviews • Support costing of proposals and contracts • Perform first-line troubleshooting • Deliver technical training • Supervise contractors and subcontractors when required • Participate in piloting and field trials • Perform call-out duty according to BNL team schedules • Participate in local team meetings and share best practices • Focus on continuous improvement of processes, practices and contracts • Demonstrate compliance with company ethics policy

🎯 Requirements

• Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical engineering background (Bachelor or Master) • VCA Vol certification is a plus • BA4 certification is a plus • Preferable 5 year of Water treatment expertise (eg, RO, UF MBR, EDR, Mixed Bed, etc.) and related equipment and technology • Dutch or French & English language: all written and spoken • Contract management skills, allowing understanding of basic contractual obligations between Customer and Veolia • Computer literacy, including knowledge of programmable Logic Controller (PLC) base control systems • Valid driving license • Service mentality and customer focus • Good communication and negotiation skills and diplomacy • Ability to take ownership of a service project for a customer
