📋 Description

• Develop core media messaging and positioning for Esko across audiences and global markets • Translate business priorities into media communication tactics and track results • Build and manage relationships with international media, influencers, and external stakeholders • Manage media outreach, interviews, bylines, press materials, and reputation management • Work with outsourced PR agencies and help build in-house communications capability over time • Plan and execute integrated media campaigns and high-visibility moments • Support four to six major visibility opportunities annually alongside tradeshows and field marketing • Partner with the executive team on media interviews and executive visibility • Collaborate with growth, content, product, commercial, and executive teams • Identify and support thought-leadership opportunities for subject-matter experts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in media, communications, or marketing communications • Prior experience working for a B2B business • Experience managing external and internal communications in a B2B, international, multi-market environment • Strong media relations awareness • Demonstrated ability to build relationships from scratch and grow their value over time • Excellent project management skills • Ability to own a process end-to-end and orchestrate logistics across a cross-functional organization • Experience in the graphic arts or packaging industry is a strong plus • Experience supporting executive-level communications • Fluent, excellent-level English is required
