📋 Description

• Lead and develop Esko's global Marketing Operations, Automation, and Analytics team while driving the overall Marketing Operations strategy • Partner with marketing leadership to improve business performance through data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and best practices • Own marketing analytics, reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations • Drive marketing attribution, funnel performance, lead management, and ROI measurement to support pipeline growth and revenue generation • Lead the development and optimization of Esko's global marketing technology ecosystem, including key integrations and transformation initiatives • Ensure data quality, governance, and alignment across systems, with Salesforce as the trusted source of truth for marketing and sales performance • Accelerate Esko's AI-driven marketing transformation by implementing innovative solutions that enhance automation, personalization, forecasting, reporting, and overall business impact

🎯 Requirements

• Min of 2+ years of proven leadership experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations or Marketing Technology • 5+ years relevant marketing experience • Strong expertise in marketing automation, analytics, attribution and funnel management • Experience managing complex MarTech ecosystems and technology integrations • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and marketing data architecture • Excellent analytical, reporting and data visualization skills • Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations • Experience driving large-scale transformation and AI-enabled initiatives in a global environment
