📋 Description

• Perform activities to determine the equipment to be installed at customer sites. • Work alongside Service Technicians to install and maintain equipment. • Conduct process investigations at prospective customer sites. • Apply or coordinate the application of chemical products when necessary. • Prepare technical reports. • Provide customers with periodic technical support and prepare reports. • Conduct inventories of products and equipment and prepare reports. • Perform product and equipment testing and analysis and prepare reports. • Carry out scheduled activities and services in conjunction with the Service Technician. • Supervise product deliveries to customer sites. • Assist the Account Manager in acquiring new accounts. • Participate in the preparation of technical proposals and bids. • Request equipment, accessories, parts, and components required for work and maintenance. • Take care of and maintain the equipment and tools under their responsibility in good condition. • Prepare weekly reports detailing completed and upcoming visits. • Identify, communicate, and satisfactorily resolve customer needs. • Provide the technical support required by Service Technicians. • Perform physical and chemical analyses of customer processes when necessary.

🎯 Requirements

• Availability to work in the Cuiabá, Mato Grosso region. • Knowledge and experience required to install and maintain equipment. • Ability to conduct process investigations and physical and chemical analyses. • Ability to apply or coordinate the application of chemical products. • Ability to prepare technical reports and weekly updates. • Ability to provide technical assistance and support to Service Technicians. • Ability to participate in the preparation of technical proposals and bids. • Ability to identify, communicate, and resolve customer needs. • Participation in scheduled training and professional development programs.
