📋 Description

• Support ingestion of clinical data from EDC/CTMS and vendors into Veeva CDB, Elluminate, and JReview by executing loads according to approved specifications and refresh cadence • Execute and support file/API-based loads, including mapping, transformations, referential integrity, and controlled reprocessing • Perform and document ingestion quality checks, including standardization, automated QC/validation outputs, reconciliation results, and basic lineage/provenance • Maintain reusable ingestion frameworks and standards, including templates, mappings, QC rules, and runbooks; propose improvements to reduce manual effort • Support transfer monitoring and ingestion operations through expected-versus-received checks, timeliness/completeness checks, alert triage/escalation, scheduling, reruns, defect logging, and operational metric reporting • Assist with downstream exports and feeds to CDM, analytics, and programming teams by preparing and validating outputs against defined data contracts and refresh expectations • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to clarify transfer specifications and acceptance criteria, troubleshoot issues, and document fixes • Follow controlled documentation and change practices for regulated clinical processes, maintaining validation/traceability evidence and audit-ready records

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA (or equivalent) plus 5+ years in data ingestion/integration, ETL/ELT operations, or clinical data pipeline support • Exposure to clinical data review systems such as Veeva CDB, Elluminate, and/or JReview (or comparable platforms) preferred • Understanding of transfer specifications/data contracts, refresh cadence, incremental versus full loads, controlled reprocessing, reconciliation, and basic lineage • Ability to execute defined QC/validation checks and document results • Hands-on experience with CSV, JSON, XML, and file/API-based integrations • Familiarity with secure transfers such as SFTP/MFT concepts is a plus • Working knowledge of SQL and Python (preferred) or similar scripting • Ability to maintain and extend reusable ingestion components, including templates, mappings, QC rules, and runbooks • Experience with monitoring and operational processes, including alerts, reruns, incident triage, and operational metrics • Familiarity with clinical sources such as EDC, CTMS, and vendor feeds including labs, eCOA/ePRO, imaging, and safety • Strong documentation habits and ability to follow defined procedures in controlled/regulated settings • Clear communicator and collaborative team member, comfortable working with vendors and cross-functional partners • Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage recurring operational tasks, escalate risks early, and drive issues to closure with support
