📋 Description

• Inspect vehicles and damage of all types on site • Create structured damage reports using the iPad app • Verify damage photos for plausibility and compatibility • Provide proactive customer advice and manage the claims process • Secure evidence and determine accident circumstances and damage estimates • Regularly coordinate with the expert team and participate in continuous professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Master craftsman qualification in motor vehicle trades (Meister), Dipl.-Ing., B.Sc., B.Eng., or formal training as an appraiser • Enjoy interacting with people and present confidently • Customer-oriented with strong communication skills • Good written and spoken German • Enjoy working in the field • Willingness to travel occasionally
